I just wanted you to know that I don’t think Laverna could have found anyone any better to take over her business if she had held interviews. What I like is that you care about the merchandise and you also are economical with pellets. I know that for a while the pellets were a little more expensive because of demand, but you kept trying and got back with Pennington which made pellets more feasible to buy.
I bought an almost new Quadra-Fire this year. I really like it-its so much easier to clean than my old pellet stove-also with the thermostat its much more economical.

A few lines to tell you about the pellet insert that was installed in our Fireplace. It is doing a Fantastic Job not only keeping the house warm, but our Electric Bill dropped aprox. 10 % after installation. And the best thing of all is no smoke in the house or no wood ashes dust over all the walls cabinets or furniture. We have two friends the Oldakers from Afton and Kriesh’s from Grove that may contact you on a fireplace inset and stove.

We love our Quadra Fire stove! I have allergies and was afraid it would make me sick like wood fireplaces do. It took my husband a year to convince me to get one and boy I am glad we did. We have had our stove for two years now and we couldn’t live without it. It not only saves us energy cost but hears our house to the right temperature. We hardly use our natural gas furnace at all.

With the gas bills doubling and even tripling the first of last winter, I decided to do something about always being cold in my house, while still paying Enormous Gas Bills. I was at my brother-in-laws house one day and he had just purchased a wood pellet stove. It was really putting out the heat, just as a regular wood burning stove, the process of obtaining the fuel and cleanliness and safety of it, really took my eye. The next week, I got on the internet and started searching brands. I heard from a friend about your store in Bluejacket, OK. I came over just to look, and ended up buying a Quadra Fire pellet insert for my existing fireplace. I live in a split-level house, with the fireplace being in the downstairs den. Its amazing how well this insert heats my whole house. Your installers did a great job installing it, and explaining how to operate and maintain it. It brought my $300.00 GAS BILL down to a unbelievable $40.00. It brought my Dads’s GAS BILL so low that the Gas Company came by to check his meter. When he saw the vent coming out of Dad’s back wall, he knew nothing was wrong with the meter. Dad and Mom even invited the Gas man in to see the stove. You’re in a viable business selling the best brand Quadra Fire pellet stoves.
